Designed specifically for luxury hotel guests, it follows an all-inclusive concept: baggage delivery is built directly into the travel package, freeing users from any hassle.

The main difference between this solution and the basic version is full automation and no manual entry. The client does not specify the address and does not confirm the order. All logistics is pre-built into the route, which includes 4 delivery endpoints – 4 elite hotels with which DUBZ cooperates.

Full process automation

The key feature of the solution is its integration with SITA – the world’s leading and virtually exclusive baggage tracking system. SITA monitors every step, from check-in to loading and unloading of luggage.

All this data is fed in real time into the DUBZ system, where delivery orders are automatically generated. As soon as the luggage arrives, SITA sends a notification to DUBZ and the system instantly creates a task, eliminating human error and reducing risks.

This automation level maximizes the speed and reliability of logistics and turns baggage delivery into a fully transparent and seamless process.

Flexibility on demand

Just like with the original solution, all tasks are automatically sent to Tookan. But this time, the system supports multi-point delivery. So, luggage can follow complex routes: for example, from airport to shore by car, then by boat to an island, and finally by car to the hotel. This flexible approach allows DUBZ to cover the unique needs typical for the high-end tourism segment.
